End User License Agreement (EULA) for Pingo

This End User License Agreement ("EULA") is a legal agreement between you ("User" or "you") and Pingotasks Limited Şirketi (“we," "us," or "our"), the developer of the Pingo mobile application ("App"). By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by the terms of this EULA. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the App.

1. License Grant

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App on any iOS device that you own or control, solely for your personal, non-commercial use, subject to the terms of this EULA and the Apple App Store Terms of Service.

2. Restrictions

You may not:

Copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the App.
Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App, except as permitted by applicable law.
Use the App for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
Remove or alter any copyright, trademark, or other proprietary notices in the App.
3. Ownership

The App and all intellectual property rights therein are owned by [Your Company Name]. This EULA does not grant you any ownership rights in the App, only a limited right to use it as described herein.

4. User Data and Privacy

7. Termination

This license is effective until terminated. We may terminate your license at any time if you violate this EULA. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the App and delete it from your device.

The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not guarantee that the App will be error-free or uninterrupted.

9. Limitation of Liability
